Building a Queer and Trans Abolitionist Movement

**January 20 @ 7pm: Building a Queer and Trans Abolitionist Movement. Discussion group centered on a chapter from Captive Genders: Trans Embodiment and the Prison Industrial Complex.
Part of an ongoing discussion on the intersections between anarchism and queer theory by the Inland Empire Anarcha-Queers:

Recent Past events:
***December 9: Queer Critiques of Capital, Part 1: a think-tank style discussion wherein we will brainstorm queer critiques of capitalism and create a list of ideas.
***December 16:Queer Critiques of Capital, Part 2: our meeting will focus on creating a workshop and handout/zine outlining queer critiques of capitalism that we can use to educate!
**January 6 @ 7pm: Archives for All: Creating Your Own History and Sharing it with Others by Annie and Maria. This discussion highlights local archives and DIY archival initiatives that preserve and promote queer communities and activism. Example: QZAP
